Hey, There!

I’m Erica Stillman.

In the last 8 years, I’ve awakened new parts of my soul. I’ve learned a million+ life lessons about self-love, business, empowerment, being spontaneous, releasing toxic energies and relationships, becoming resourceful despite your lack of resources, and doing what it takes to just wake up in the morning and “go for it”. During this time I’ve experienced many failures, participated in beautiful and disastrous relationships, worked countless jobs; all of which have caused me to second guess myself and my beliefs. I’ve almost thrown in the towel. But life is about the beautiful journey not the destination. It comes with many ups and downs. You truly find who you are by accepting and balancing the good with the bad parts of life.

Now, I’m helping other women get UNSTUCK, develop a lifestyle of health, happiness, and soul relationships. Let’s create beautiful transformations together!

My Mission

Empowering and inspiring women, providing philanthropic growth to our community, and spreading love and light to our world.

My Story

I grew up in a tiny town outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a child I was labeled  “LD”, learning disabled. My specific disability was having difficulties converting short term facts learned into long term memory, which made learning mathematics and spelling challenging for me. The other students in my elementary school teased me about being labeled “LD”.  I let the other students’ rude comments define me and I turned  into a little girl suffering with anxiety and panic attacks. I found myself ducking in and out of hallways to rush into the special education classroom, which I perceived to be for the kids that were “less than” the regular classroom students. I felt ashamed, frustrated, angry, and sad all throughout my primary education years.

I made the decision to go to college because that was my perception of what society expected students to do, finish primary schooling and get a college degree. After a year and half of my college classes not going the best and spending many nights partying trying to suppress the negative feelings I still had about myself, I decided to reevaluate my life path. I packed up my car full of all of my belongings and made a B-line to Wilmington, NC to start a new chapter in my life. Trying to find my life’s purpose, I jumped into healthcare. I worked in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at the local hospital as a Tech and Unit Coordinator for four years. Helping patients to become mentally and physically stronger after heart surgery is where I realized my passion for empowering people to become better versions of themselves.

I also wanted to empower myself to be more.

Trusting my instincts, I started fitness coaching. I was still full of insecurities, shame and doubt. One day I finally realized life is about the mindset. I started incorporating positive affirmations and self coaching techniques into my life. I soon found myself spreading positive vibrations to others and empowering others.

Following my gut on how to make a bigger impact with my voice, I transitioned my fitness coaching into my current holistic life coaching business. I want to serve my clients in every life aspect that makes us “whole”.  Spiritual, career, health, wealth, and relationships create the pie chart of “happiness.” Leaning into my authentic self I’ve become a life coach and motivational speaker.
